AccuPOS Point of Sale delivers a versatile, touch screen friendly interface that seamlessly communicates sales detail to the accounting software as if it were processed from within. With Sage AccuPOS Point of Sale, inventory is always managed from Sage 100, not the Point of Sale system.

Transactions processed using the AccuPOS Point of Sale system will appear in Sage 100 ERP as line item invoices, with supported input from scanners, scales and touch screens. This eliminates duplicate data entry and redundant accounting features, allowing Sage 100 to either be off-line or off-site while you are processing transactions in AccuPOS Point of Sale. Sage 100 AccuPOS Point of Sale is also seamlessly integrated into Sage Payment Solutions for easy Credit Card processing without having to pay for middle-ware like PC Charge.

Sage 100 ERP AccuPOS Point of Sale Sales Process

  • Import existing inventory and customer lists from the accounting program
  • Sell items using a variety of POS devices, including our touch screen friendly keys, barcode scanners, produce scales and wireless input devices
  • Attach existing customers to transactions, add new ones or don’t attach to customers at all – it’s your choice
  • Tender transactions using all common forms including cash, credit cards, EBT, gift cards and accounts receivable
  • Sage 100 will receive line item invoices for all transactions, resulting in the adjustment of inventory quantities, sales accounts, cost of goods sold accounts, accounts receivable accounts and sales tax payable
  • Tendering totals are posted to user-defined accounts allowing deposits to be made directly from Sage MAS 100
  • Purchase orders and receiving continue to be managed from Sage MAS
  • Users may simultaneously process sales transactions directly in accounting software
